A chewy, starchy corn used to make soups, stews or snacks, with a pronounced corn flavour. Dry Giant White Corn is native to the Peruvian Andes and is less sweet than typical corn. Known as hominy in the American South, the creamy, off-white kernels are a 1/2 inch in size. They maintain a firm texture even when cooked and are perfect in soups and stews.
